Go with the flow

Tadaaaaa, the first speedpainting of week 16, and this time some kind of waterfall in England.

The picture is made by Flynn-the-cat on Deviantart. Thanks for the wonderful picture.

And this is the result of my 60 minute challenge of today:

Landscape, car, cityscape and a cute owl

And after a few days, a bunch of new drawings! Tadaa!

Today 4 pictures are drawn, all with a reference picture.

The first one was a landscape, made by Drayok on Deviantart. I absolutely love the landscape, and the water.

There isn't a sketch with lines this time, due to the fact that everything is on one layer. Soo, that's why just the final picture is shown :D.

The second one is a car, sadly I couldn't finish this in time (due the time-limit, curse you time-limit!). The pictures is made by FantasyStock on Deviantart.

Another drawing made with a reference from FantasyStock on Deviantart.

And the final drawing, referenced from a picture made by thrumyeye on Deviantart.

It's a dancer!

And another picture to redraw, this time I chose one of the pictures of  Marcus Ranum. Wonderful pictures, just wonderful.

Anyway, the picture I used is this photo. It has movement and the curves of the body are really nice to draw.
So I started out with a sketch again.

And the final result:

Headshot

And the first one of today. I picked a picture from Model-ARIA--STOCK on Deviantart. At first I wanted to draw the whole body, but that face took me quite some time and I am not really happy how my drawing turned out.

O well, here is the sketch again:

And the final work for this drawing (I didn't have enough time for the hair! Derp!)

The prancing horse

This time another horse from the wonderful stockphoto from SpunkyThoroughbred on Deviantart. A prancing horse this time. Man, that sketch just plainly is ... how to put it... not really like the photo. O well, it's just a sketch, so that didn't bother me that much.

So with this sketch I went on and went to:.....

This drawing:
I even added some of the spots of the horse, yay! Well, enjoy the drawing :D

ORLY?!

And again a drawing mad in 60 minutes from an owl. The picture is made by HOTNStock.

Sketch time!
I made a very rough sketch this time. The sketch of the skull was quite detailed, but it took quite some time I could have used for the coloring.
Sooooooooo, a rougher sketch this time.

And then the colors. That wasn't a real problem, but... .all those little black moonlike thingies! O my goodness! So I used some of my imagination and added it loosely on the feathers.

And tadaa, here she is (it is a female).

Skull, ow wonderful skull

And again I used a stockphoto made by Aleuranthropy on Deviantart. This skull was quite hard to draw with all those details, so a lot of the brown spots and things aren't added due to time.

And the first step was to get the shape right on the drawing.

O you lovely skull that you are.
After the sketching face, it was time for some colorslapping, yay!
First the silhouette was created with a brownish color. When the shape was put down, the "sculpting" started. Shadows and highlights at the same time. When the rough shadows were added, it was time to add some details. The eyesockets got a line around them to define them. The nose too. Or at least the place of the nose.
And so I went on and on with the details till the time was up. If I had more time, more of the "feckles", spots and other little things could have been added, but overall, the result is quite satisfying.
